Hair that's good looking is a reflection of the body's state For example, hair loss may be a sign of anemia, thin and sparse hair could be the result of minerals and vitamin deficiency. The fact is you are what you eat. As hair is made of protein proper balanced diet is needed to maintain proper hair growth. So here are some points to follow for beautiful hair:

                 Eat food rich n zinc magnesium, potassium, proteins and vitamins.

                Eat lots of vegetables, fruits and curds.

                Drink plenty of water.

                Take a supplement of vitamin E oil capsules.

                Avoid caffeine drinks (coffe, cola, tea).

               Avoid excess carbohydrates, spicy food, fats, fried food and nuts.

               Cut down on foods high in sugar and fats.
